Keith Yoder

An ordained minister, inspirational teacher, and author of several books and articles, Keith has served as professional educator, congregational and ministry leader. Keith authored Healthy Leaders, Mastering the Art of Presence-Based Leadership and other books that support a life of Christ-centered leadership. His personal mission is to help others identify their unique identity in Christ and empower them to fulfill their role in God's Kingdom. Keith enjoys sharing God's wisdom through mentoring, teaching, writing, and counseling leaders. He has done so throughout the United States and internationally in areas such as Africa, Canada, Central and South America, China, India, and Myanmar.

Keith ministers as an advisor to networks of congregations, ministries, and regional partnerships throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. He and Marian have celebrated over 50 years of marriage.

Ann Weaver 

Ann companions leaders as the Holy Spirit orchestrates transformation.  Her particular interest includes championing leaders in their unique context through listening and discerning practices promoting intimacy with God. This emphasis catalyzes leader development and maximizes relational health potential in the leader's organizational contexts. 

Ann brings thirty-five years of ministry experience to her spiritual direction and coaching roles.  She holds a Master's Degree in Spiritual Formation and Direction from Evangelical Theological Seminary, a coaching certificate from "Coaching 4 Clergy," and a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from Towson University.   In addition to Teaching the Word Ministries responsibilities, Ann partners with her husband, Steve, serving in leadership roles within the LMC network.  Ann and Steve reside in Willow Street, Pennsylvania, and have two adult daughters and one son-in-law, Allison, Thea, and Jeremy, and a grandson, Levi.

Delbert Beiler

With a passion for discipleship and developing next-generation leaders, Delbert lives out the belief that Work is Worship! His patient, persistent, and pastoral spirit bring the presence of Christ into his consultation efforts.  Leaders, organizations, and teams in the marketplace and ministry context encounter peace, agreement, and transformative decisions, as Delbert utilizes 20 years of innovative leadership expertise with TTWM clients.

Delbert and his wife Kristi have been married since 1993, live in Millersville, PA, and have two young adult children, Bri and Brett. As a family, they enjoy camping, hiking, and stimulating conversation around work, church, and living as disciples of Christ in this current cultural moment!
