“In my relationship with TTWM and Keith Yoder, I have experienced a formation and support that the Holy Spirit has used to bring clarity and confidence to my leadership. Often I will arrive at an appointment with a sense of what God is stirring in me or leading me toward. However, it is in our conversation that a clear path forward emerges and a confidence about what the next steps should look like. Keith's example of pausing to listen and pray and then flipping through His Bible to applicable Scriptural parallels has been insightful and has anchored our conversation in the Word. I also have received numerous outlines, study sheets and handouts due to Keith's incredible generosity with his notes and teaching resources. There have also been times that my wife and I have both met with Keith as we've processed our response as a couple to the opportunities and challenges of leadership that we've faced. Our relationship and engagement with ministry as a couple has been strengthened by this interaction.”

“In the 35 plus years I’ve served at Align Life Ministries, TTWM has been a wellspring of wisdom, perspective, and guidance at key junctures in our journey. This has included one-on-one counsel for me, teaching sessions for our full staff, and consultation with our board. TTWM has perceived the overarching spiritual calling on our ministry, providing a strategic understanding of our role in advancing God’s kingdom – beyond our primary vision and mission. Their prophetic ministry has sparked a God-honoring culture of alignment with God, agreement with each other, and advancement in His purposes. There is no doubt in my mind that our partnership and friendship with TTWM was birthed in the heart of God and has been used by Him to exponentially expand the scope, effectiveness, and fruitfulness of our ministry for the sake of those we serve and for His glory.“

“We have met regularly with TTWM/Ann, individually and as a couple. In TTWM we've found a safe place to process the journey we are on. The best part is that we do not merely process but TTWM creatively facilitates the processing so that we are being present to God and our own hearts. Without that we would be getting very disoriented as we navigate changing seasons of life, loss and pain, as well as dreaming and growing. The personal spiritual direction and formation we receive is strengthening our marriage and walk with God.”

“Grace Fellowship Church has been partnering with TTWM for over 20 years. From our first meeting to today, Keith and the TTWM staff have engaged with us from the Presence of the Lord. Whether the team was mentoring our elder or staff team, providing individual staff sabbatical planning and coaching, counseling leaders in transition, or working with us to clarify individual staff members identity and purpose, they have embodied Christ’s wisdom, peace, and wholeness to each and every encounter.

One of our values at GFC, that has now become a part of our DNA in our elder and staff teams, is leading from the Presence of the Lord. Keith’s initial deposit in 2001, subsequent teaching and modeling in Presence Based Leadership (PBL), has been transformative for many of us personally and our entire church.

Because of TTWM’s long term commitment and partnership with GFC, through four significant senior leadership changes, our church is healthier than ever. We are deeply grateful for their love and investment at Grace Fellowship Church”

“I have been so blessed and encouraged by working with both Keith and Ann. I have been encouraged to pause and hear from God for myself on the things that are on my heart both personally as well as in my leadership roles. I have been able to sort out things related to remarriage, blended families as well as leading in a non-Christian environment (which is new to me). I have learned what being bold in my faith and convictions looks like in this new environment, I have also been reminded that my life is more than my work.

What stands out as the best part of engaging with TTWM is that each staff has encouraged my own personal relationship with Jesus to grow into deep intimacy which then flows into the rest of my life. Learning to really sit in Jesus presence to listen to His sweet voice and to then have someone to process my thoughts and experiences. The questions that both Keith and Ann have asked me just propel me deeper into know Jesus and Me together.

Learning to pause in the presence of Jesus to listen to His heart for me and those I have the opportunity to influence in my leadership roles has given me confidence in who He created me to be and how when I rest in Him He does the impossible.”
